We’ve been really happy with Julio’s work and would highly recommend him. He’s always quick to respond and easy to reach whenever we have questions or need help with something. If there’s ever an issue, Julio comes by promptly and makes sure it’s taken care of. I found Julio with Loma Linda Landscape about 5 years ago when I needed a paver patio installed at my home. From the very beginning, I was impressed with his responsiveness, attention to detail, quality of work, and fair pricing. The experience was so good that I hired him again a year later to install a paver patio at my daughter’s house as well. Most recently, his team added a concrete border and turf for me, and once again they did an amazing job. It’s hard to find contractors who are reliable, communicate well, and consistently deliver quality work, but Julio and his team absolutely do. I reached out to Julio to add some irrigation lines to my new build. We had just one irrigation line for the whole front yard. Julio and his family added 3 new lines and replaced the builder installed line. I won't say they are the best in quality, but they are very good. Julio had great communication, knew what to do and what were best materials. Everything with him was top notch. The install was good. Trenching was done efficiently and pretty straight. My only complaint is that I wish they tested the line with me while the trench was still exposed and also that when filling the dirt back in, more care was taken to make the ground level and compact, there were some patches that were very quicksand like for a week or so. Overall, a great experience with Julio. Update, 2 years later: We’ve finished our backyard project, we did it in four phases. Julio was probably one of my favorite interactions, with the other contractors just not as communicative or exacting in timing. We’ve been working with Julio for the past five years, and every project he has done for us has been exceptional. Most recently, he transformed our front yard with pavers, artificial grass, and decorative rock, and the results were even better than I had envisioned. He has done artificial grass, a putting green, pavers, removal of a water fountain, removal of trees, and other various jobs. He is always so polite, on time, and his communication is spot on.
